  • When do I need to wear my ID tag?

  • For security purposes all our employees and students are required to wear an ID tag at all times while within the Bigfoot facility. You are required to wear the ID tag on weekends and evenings if you are working in any of the Bigfoot buildings.

  • How do I login or logout?

  • Use the biometric machine located at the reception desk at the lobby of the Main Building. Place your index finger in the machine and check the screen for a display that confirms your login and logout.

  • When do I login or logout?

  • You are required to log in every morning between 08:00 and 10:00 and log out every evening between 18:00 and 20:00 or at the start and end of your work shift if assigned a different schedule. You must also log out and log in for your 15-minute morning and afternoon break and 1 hour lunch break.

  • What is the dress code at Bigfoot?

  • The dress code at Bigfoot is smart casual.

    All employees should be of smart and tidy appearance. Tattered, dirty, wrinkled or see-through clothing and clothing with offensive and vulgar words, logos, slogans and pictures are unacceptable.

    Women should not wear:
    Mini-skirt, skimpy skirts/dresses, spaghetti strap tops, tube tops, backless tops, outfits revealing mid-drift, plunging necklines, short shorts and leggings, lycra/gym wear, plastic or rubber flip flops and slippers.

    Men should not wear:
    Tank tops, board shorts, swimming shorts, clothing with offensive/obscene logos, plastic or rubber flip flops and slippers. For a full list of acceptable clothing please refer to the company policies and procedures manual.

  • Am I allowed to use the internet for personal reasons outside of work hours?

  • You are not allowed to use the company network or computers for personal reasons at anytime, either within or after your work hours. Internet usage using the company network is monitored at all times. The internet at Casablanca/Hollywood Suites is not part of the Bigfoot network, is not monitored and can be used for personal reasons.
